From Glutton Bay also, comes another local delight, Satay.
These are made up of chunks of meat, usually either chicken or mutton, and served together with chunks of cucumber and rice cubes. Like Kebabs, but Singapore-style. Dip in a thick peanut paste for maximum enjoyment.
